Property Management

Fees:

  • We charge a onetime setup fee of $100. This fees includes traveling to the unit and taking high resolution photos, adding lock box, for rent signage, and technology fees which involves creating your profile in our system and advertising the listing thought the various websites we employ.
  • Additional once the unit is occupied we charge a flat monthly %15 commission. Our commission may be slightly higher than the market rate, however our business is setup to consistently provide quality service to our customers since they can cancel at any time.
  • Many of our Competitors charge their clients the first month’s rent for finding a client, plus a setup fee ($200-$300), plus their 10% monthly commission. They also have a lease renewal fee (65-75%), and if the tenant decides to purchase your unit you may get hit with a percentage based finder’s fee. They also charge a hefty cancellation fee as well. Many of the property management websites exclude their pricing rates. Once you email or call they can tell you how great their services are and then hit you with all the small fees that add up to a hefty price tag. Our market research shows that Stalwart offers a competitive service.
